Translation (English)

We will meet somewhere In a foreign city's dream-like streets On the roads and spread across the roads In the sunlight One day we will be together somewhere Brushing off the dust from the hours blown by the winds of time, shedding similar tears We will meet on the green grass of dense forests And get lost in the tales of burdens on a delicate branch We will prick the eyes of ancient gods sleeping for centuries with the sharp leaves of pine trees We will meet somewhere in the snowy arms of encircling mountains Lying in barren graves, reciting poems in memory of mountaineers Who were children of the mountains and were embraced by their parents when the time came We will meet at the Urs of King Solomon In front of the clear faces of those performing ablution on the steps of the pool Placing feet on the marble-adorned floor, sighing And freeing the trees from the threads of supplication We will meet We will meet somewhere on the shore of the fiery market Seeing the signs of our lost heroes' journey rising from the dust, smiling at a general's last words In a world wounded by war We will meet somewhere, eyes filled with wonder at the false tales of Russian deserts Laughing at the arrival of narcissus-eyed people in Sham, Lebanon, Beirut Becoming guests in the bloody regions of paralyzed Albania We will meet somewhere, in the possibility of being absorbed in the vibrant civilization of a dead era Beside an old building in a ruined lawn And waiting for our captives In a desolate prison for five centuries We will meet under the umbrella of desires To offer our pierced bodies to the winds of wishes We will meet emerging from the earth in the eighth continent on a flying carpet We will meet in a bar Holding the cup of our remaining ruined life And in one gulp, we will drink this liquid and sing songs until consciousness returns Listening to childhood tales, the song we still know by heart, what is beyond the leaves, what is beyond the leaves We will meet somewhere In gardens, in villages, in sunlight, in shade In sand, in deserts, in cities In mosques, in churches In temples, in arches, in churches In torrential rain, in markets In dreams, in fire In deep water, in streets, in jungles, and in the skies Beyond space and time In the deserted planets of desire On a bench empty for centuries Where even death will be in conflict with us But will be a guest for just a day or two
