আমি তোমার অপেক্ষায় প্রচণ্ড ক্লান্ত হয়েছি, তাই তোমার থেকে বিমুখ হলাম নিঃশব্দে। তবে আমি চিরতরে হারাবো না,আমাকে পাবে! আমাকে পাবে তুমি সন্ধ্যার অন্ধকারে যখন রাত্রিযাপনের পরিকল্পনা চলে। আমাকে পাবে তুমি ভোরের নিছক সাদা আলোতে হঠাৎ বিনা কারণে ঘুম ভেঙে গেলে। আমাকে পাবে তুমি প্রতিটা কান্নার ফোটায় বুক ফেটে অন্তর বেরিয়ে আসতে চাইবে। আমাকে পাবে তুমি হাসির মূহুর্তে হাসতে হাসতে যখন দিন-দুনিয়া ভুলে যাবে। আমাকে পাবে তুমি বৃষ্টির গন্ধে জানালা দিয়ে তাকিয়ে থাকবে মনমরা হয়ে। আমাকে পাবে তুমি মেঘহীন আকাশে নীল হয়ে বায়ুমন্ডলের আসল রঙ দেখা যাবে। সবখানে আমাকে পাবে খুবই আন্তরিক! তবে আমার মানুষ রূপ চলে যাবে দেখা না হওয়ার সম্ভাবনাই বেশি। তবে যদি কখনো দেখা হয়েই যায় সে তোমাকে এড়িয়েই চলবে।

Translation (English)

I am very tired from waiting for you, So I quietly turned away from you. But I won't be lost forever, you'll find me! You'll find me in the evening's darkness When plans for the night are being made. You'll find me in the simple white light of dawn When you wake up suddenly for no reason. You'll find me in every tear drop When your heart feels like bursting. You'll find me in moments of laughter When you laugh and forget everything. You'll find me in the smell of rain Staring out the window with a heavy heart. You'll find me in the clear sky When the atmosphere shows its true blue. You'll find me everywhere, sincerely! But my human form will fade away The chance of seeing me is slim. But if we ever do meet It will avoid you.
