Original Poem
Translation (English)
Poem: Between the Heart and the Sky
At night, when everything becomes still
And the light flees from the city's eyes
I sit alone...
I speak to my heart as if it were a stranger to me
Oh heart,
How much pain have you hidden behind a smile?
And how much hope have you made
Upon the ruins of disappointment?
We walk towards tomorrow
And have nothing from it but a beautiful assumption
We plant prayers in the chests of clouds
And wait for the rain
Do you know?
The sky does not open its doors
Except to those who knock with patience
And the dawn does not break
Except after the longest darkness
So do not fear the delay of light
For stars are born in the dark
And do not fear the weight of the road
For mountains are not defeated by the wind
We will arrive...
Even if after a while
For He who created the dream within us
Will not let it be lost

Detailed Explanation
This poem, 'Between the Heart and the Sky,' explores themes of introspection, resilience, and hope. The poet reflects on solitude and the internal dialogue with one's heart, questioning how much pain is concealed behind smiles and how hope is built upon disappointment. The imagery of planting prayers in clouds and waiting for rain symbolizes hope and patience. The poem emphasizes that the sky rewards patience, and dawn follows the darkest night, encouraging perseverance. The poet reassures that despite the challenges and delays, dreams will not be lost, and eventual success is certain.
